With building remedial processes requiring specific surface preparation, such as topping slabs, column encasement and even preparation for crack injection and carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP), TDK Remedial has the capability for all of these surface preparation requirements.
Large area surface preparation, such as for topping slabs we utilise mechanical scabbling and shot blasting for removal of surface coating and concrete laitance. For smaller surface preparation processes, such as preparation for crack injection and CFRP installation we use various handheld grinding machines.
